Approach To Sustainability
We supply materials to enhance performance and sustainability in critical products that improve everyday life in a lower carbon world.
We define the performance of our organization based on a strong health and safety leadership and culture, and on industry-best environmental practices. We also prioritize building and maintaining relationships with the communities that are critical to sustain our mission. We operate responsibly, respecting our employees, communities, and the environment. Across our operations, we ensure that we enhance everyday lives, and communities at large, to create a lower carbon world. We continuously invest in technologies that reduce our overall footprint, and in communities that help sustain our mission.
Areas of Commitment
We’re focused on making tangible impacts in areas that matter most to our local communities.
Health and Safety
We believe that nothing is more important than the safety and well-being of our employees and others with whom we work. We believe that all injuries and occupational illnesses are preventable, and we strive to provide a safe and healthy workplace through participation, cooperation, and the commitment of everyone.

As a supplier of critical inputs for a low-carbon economy, we are committed to produce them with net-zero emissions by 2050 or sooner. We are actively working on aligning our pathway with the highest international standards.
